HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
All US orders and returns for Pantone Lighting are processed by our fulfillment center, Infinita Corporation, based in Miami, FL.
Infinita accepts return merchandise for 30 days (thirty calendar days) from date of delivery. Returns require advanced notification and approval by Customer Service. Returns must be sent with the pre-approved authorization, be complete and in original packaging. Unless faulty or damaged merchandise is stated by the seller, the product must be in new and unused condition, not showing any wear and tear to product or package. Basis to calculate the return period is receipt confirmation date at customer’s location. If the receipt date is not available then Infinita’s ship date plus average transportation time will be used as calculation basis.
Full merchandise credit will be issued within ten (10) days upon receipt of the return merchandise and acceptance at our warehouse.
In case of faulty merchandise or wrong item ship, Pantone Lighting bears the transportation costs. For all other returns of merchandise including remorse returns, the purchaser bears the transportation costs. The original box and packaging is required in any case, if not available, it is at Pantone Light’s discretion to void claims for return. An image will be submitted as proof in case of any non-compliance to resolve issues.
To obtain return authorization please contact Customer Service and clearly state reason for return. In the event of a return based on a changed decision and not faulty merchandise, please submit an image to show product is in new and unused condition. Thank you.
